ALBA LIME FACTORY

In 2025, ALBA GROUP created the larger lime factory in Kosovo “Alba lime Factory” rooted in the border town Hani i Elezit, a new most recent modernized unit in order to produce high quality ultra lime, aiming to fulfill requests of Kosovo and Balkan market with high quality lime.

Is based on Parallel Flow Regenerative (PFR) technology, still unbeaten today, invented and implemented to us by the world leader in lime kins Maertz Ofenbau AG with more than 70 years in designing and manufacturing lime kilns than 700 references of implemented projects worldwide, with automatic quality control system for easy and staff reduced operating that can switch automatically between different fuel systems solid fuel and gas fired.
